But you are wrong. We like to think of a merger in the sense of 2 companies coming together... For example, the Worldcom and MCI benefit both parties and positions them to compete with AT&T and Sprint. When a company takesover or merges mutually, a various of things happen. Downsizing and cuts, realignment of senior and or executive positions, and unfortunately, some people will leave because of the merge. We came together because our leadership already work together, our couriers work the same places, and to pool our resources (sites,boxes,etc). I met Markgoh in RTN almost 3 years ago while i was in MySTiC couriers and NFC. Samuraion (founder of ATOMiC), Manowar, JLennon, and I ran LEGiON an old release group that ran in 95-96.
