The new album "Westminster Holiday" from Brian
McGuire is a throwback to the pop explosion of the
60's. McGuire manages to capture the magic of
classic album making, wearing many of his music
influences on his sleeves. The two biggest album
influences according to McGuire are the Beatles
Rubber Soul, and Revolver albums. Westminster
Holiday wraps you up in warm harmonies combined with
catchy melodies.... Like his hero's before him,
McGuire combines traditional western instruments
with exotic eastern instruments ala Sitar, Tambura,
and Tabla, on selected tracks. McGuire teams up with
fellow pop maniac Charley Dush in St. Paul, who
