  Sure Georgia's always been hot, but in the last few years the home of the
  Braves has also been proving itself a hotbed of hip-hop creativity. It was
  thanks to grassroots groups out of Atlanta that hip hop was infused with
  new lifeblood just as rap was uncharacteristically hitting a creative lull.
  Well as we enter 2000, an up and coming youngster named Drama is lending
  his hand to the South's to rise to power. 
  
  First single, "Left, Right, Left" is already lighting up retail outlets
  and radio, even scoring a Number Six position on Billboard's Hot Rap Singles
  chart. The Source is hyping him too, proclaiming his single I'm Ballin' Man
  to be the signature Southern sound that most major artists not from the
  South attempt to capture.
