Requirements : PDM release of Alpha Centauri

Description : This is the low res addon for alpha centauri, 
              after lots of people have been asking for this
              cause this would improve the game performace 
              a lot, I decided to release this. I know it's
              a bit late, but i can't just ignore all these 
              requests. Read more about improving the game
              performance in the included readme.txt

Install Info : Just unzip then unace to the directory you installed
               alpha centauri in. Make sure you overwrite your old
               files.
