Hey!



Since the game has been released rumors have spread that the program 

connects to a site and sends information to their server. This has been

confirmed to be TRUE. So a few groups released some patches that should

remove the server-check. One release was just a description on how to

avoid the check by installing a firewall. That's LAME. The other release

was actually a patch and looked as if it worked...but it did NOT. I tried

several times having several friends test it and it STILL connects after

patching. I'm sorry that i can't show you any proof of that but if you

have a firewall instaled you will see that it's the TRUTH! See for yourself.

So...i traced the server and found out that the IP it connects to is:

IP: 213.86.35.193 Port: 2611   This is the server of LionHead and it will

log your ip and some other information.



Enough said....



Run my patch and click the button. It'll (probably) tell you that it was

a success and quit. Now that IP has been changed and the game should no

longer try to connect to that ip. This HAS been tested by 5 people..and

no one noticed a connection after patching. So...judge for yourself.



NUKERS: Ya i know there are other releases like this...but as i said

        before they do NOT work 100%.
