BROKEN SWORD 2 - CRACK FIX for HYBRID VERSION

Ok, just a quick note - i got asked to do that - as usual - but since PDM doesnt
want me to release HBD fixes under the PDM label i - as usual - release it INDI.
The game fucks up when talking to the Shamane and there is a INSERT CD 2 note
flashing all the time.
Simply place those files in your game dir (overwrite) and you are all set.

No dizzes to HBD since that appears further in the game but they could have fixed
it as well of cos. :>
