open the README file and follow instructions...
after you setup you'r server, if you will try to join withou't orginal cd-key or cd-key in use he will block you.
use the crack and replace him with original 'cod_lnxded', restart your server and try to rejoin.
work no :)? hehe well thanks me.

1 .use the crack to your game and not just for server, you can find windows crack here:

2 .make sure you allow download at your server, if not use this command:
seta sv_allowDownload "1"
3. i really respect activision and IW BUT i dont think that the right solution is to block unoriginal CD-Keys.
no body want to pay for empty servers.
4. i have full original copy of call of duty.
