 Г entered the scene, it was the year were we saw no organized effort from   Г
 Г the feds (that will change soon enough), the year where great sites where Г
 Г narqued upon and the year were the SPA were finally killed in its sleep,  Г
 Г and The Faction was built by the 3 greatest release groups presently in   Г
 Г the scene. The year was influenced by a nostalgic feeling, strengthened   Г
 Г as oldschoolers slowly found their way back to old comrades, groups and   Г
 Г more or less active status. 1998 brought the first web-based board,       Г
 Г The Underground, and sceners from 1984 to present date were suddenly      Г
 Г mixed on a forum natural to most sceners. 1998 was the year where we saw  Г
 Г intros, interfaces for magazines and the artistic culture which have      Г
 Г always been a large part of the pirate scene gain new foothold.           Г

 Г 1998 was a great year - expect much more from 1999. One thing you can     Г
 Г count on is this: Paradigm will be with you, all the way. The next        Г
