What you may not know is that the game's publishers have released a new 3Dfx patch which makes the game much better-looking. No group stepped up to crack and put out this new version, so we've decided to put this out instead. This is not intended for mass warez scene distribution since it's appeal is somewhat limited, so don't go ragging on us for duping crap. If you are wondering what the hell is a Virtual CD image: Virtual CD is a wonderful program by Microtest Enterprise Group. Basically this program lets you make a one-file image of a whole CD. You can load these files one at a time into your Virtual CD-drive, and the games won't know a thing, cause they think it's the real CD. In other words, this prog rocks, it's Win95/NT native, installs itself into your Device Manager even and stuff. Why should you know about this? Well, for starters, the Die Hard Trilogy v1.1 patch won't work with the CLASS release, and this patch gives you quite a bit when the game is run on a 3Dfx card. The texture smoothing IS really improved, making the gfx look way better. So you got nothing to lose. Installation Notes 1) Install the VCD program (VCD101.exe) 2) Apply the VCD reg crack (vcd_crk.zip) 3) Unzip and unrar the VCD image 4) Load the VCD image into VCD 5) Install the game and apply the included patch.
