FIFA 2000 PLAY-BY-PLAY SPEECH ADDON (c) ELECTRONIC ARTS

Release Notes: as we all know fifa2000 whoops ass and w/o all the comentators it isnt much fun,
so weve decided to put out a play by play speech addon in order to complete this awesome and very popular
game (we wouldnt have done this with probably any other game).
we know this release will probably get nuked on most of the sites, but we are asking the siteops 
to use thier heads for once and leave this release on thier sites as alot of ppl want this kind of addon
so think twice before you nuke this!

Install Notes: Unzip to a temporary dir, and unrar the rars into the audio dir in your installed dir,
and make sure to enable commentary - thats it!
