Anyway here are some instructions on how to use the debug keys from MY reg file.. compare dates if you wish amongst other things.

I doubt you could explain how you magically typed everything the same as me in the same order, and how about the "cheats" that were left out ?
if you want just append the following lines to the .reg (which is a text file), i did not feel these were nessessary to include as cheats 'cause i couldnt figure what they did or were worthless...but here they are anyways.

Grand Theft Auto 2 DEBUG KEYS by ^chaos^

First of all be sure to run the .reg file included with this file to enable the debug keys!! Second, GTA 2 has a tendency to ERASE these registry keys, so if the game starts and then quits mysteriously before you get a chance to start the game, you can bet that the keys were erased -- or if the game starts and when u press "Z" to cycle through weapons and nothing happens.. quit and run the reg file again.



DEBUG KEYS ARE AS FOLLOW:

On the KEYPAD (near your right hand):

0 : enables TELEPORT, use the 8,4,6,2 to scroll around and hit 0 to teleport to current place on screen.
/ : puts you in a car, but you cant control it, you have to hit enter to exit it, and get back in it.
7 : ZOOMS OUT (careful, unless you got a great computer your FPS will go to 1 =)
9 : ZOOMS IN
+ : same thing as F6, use F6 to unpause.
5 : center view on player

On the rest of the keyboard:
1 : Changes tick count on the Y bar. (respect - o - meter)
2 : Changes tick count on the Z bar.
3 : Changes tick count on the Smiley face bar.
4 : Adds # of cops chasing you.
5 : Gets rid of cops.
V : turns on some info on ped locations.
C : turns that off.

PAGE UP: Zoom out
PAGE DOWN: Zoom in
