  The High  Heat  Baseball  2000 computer  game brings  in a whole  new set of
  premiere features  that pushes the limits of  gameplay and lets the baseball
  fan take control of the perfect game.  This year we have included everything
  baseball  gamers wanted  in High  Heat Baseball 1999 and  much more.  On the
  field, High Heat Baseball  2000 delivers a "closest-to-the-plate" experience
  with  high  resolution  3D  graphics, highly  realistic  running,  fielding,
  management, and a true focus on batter/pitcher confrontation.  

  Features

   - Motion captured polygonal players with real-time  lighting fill 38 of the
     most  realistically  crafted  3D stadiums, including the  classic  Ebbets
     Field and Polo Grounds. 

   - New MLB team rosters and 1999 MLBPA player rosters and 1998 season stats.

   - Career Mode  functionality and  Multiplayer trades  allow you to recruit,
     develop  and  trade  players.  Includes  realistic  aging  curve, players
     retiring, and new rookie prospects. 

   - Experience true-to-life base running, fielding, and managing with TruPlay
     AI technology. 

   - Select from  one  of 5 different  game modes: Exhibition, Season, Career,
     Home Run Challenge, or Playoffs. 
 
   - Extended box scores to show what really happened in the game. 

   - Compete head-to-head via LAN, modem, or the Internet. 

  This highly immersive and realistic game recreates the true look and feel of
  real baseball, putting you in  uniform next to over 750 MLBPA players in one
  of  38 stadiums, including  the new San  Francisco Pacific  Bell Ballpark, 2
  classics - Ebbets Field and the  Polo grounds - and 4 never before played in
