Just Gamez Club '98

Since I could not figure out how to get Razor's releases of 
Interstate 76 Gold and Nitro to run in 3dfx, here is a fix
I came up with for now...

Step 1:

I-76 Gold : copy I76D3D.EXE to your game directory and run 
            I76D3D.EXE to play in direct3d/3dfx (looks great!)

I-76 Nitro: copy I76D3D.EXE to your game directory, 
            copy NITRO.EXE and rename the copy I76.EXE and then run
            I76D3D.EXE to play nitro pak in direct3d/3dfx (looks great!).
