   Interstate '82 is the highly anticipated sequel to one of the most 
   critically acclaimed PC games of all time. Join Interstate '76's Taurus
   and Groove, plus all-new  characters, in a slick, alternate '80s universe
   of intense  combat action. 

   For reasons that do not require much explanation, nostalgia is more of an
   evergreen theme on television  and in music than games. After all, during 
   the last two decades or so, the gaming world has been brimming with 
   visions of the distant future or long ago past, while most nostalgia 
   centered on the '60s,  '70s and '80s is saturated with beaming 
   sentimentality; not exactly the stuff of great interactiv entertainment.
 
   Based on a sublimely warped 1970s universe, the original was all about 
   lead-filled car battles, fuel-injected graphics and hip vigilantes out
   for requital. From the atmospheric radiobroadcast installation program 
   to the shamelessly stylistic cop show flavor throughout the cutscenes, 
   the game was a homage to pervasive theme. Its action and simulation 
   elements took to each other like rubber to the road, and the classy
   storyline and strong characters were a tribute to the art form. Sure, 
   it was a  strong performer, but the smell of burning oil and scorched 
   tires in Activision’s offices indicates the sequel is approaching fast.

   Unzip and run Installer, or manually unace. Unzip  crack.zip from disk 1
   in to the root of the installed directory and overwrite file. After that 
   run i82stub.exe to play. Enjoy!

   After you start a game, if screen blank, hit enter it will  load just fine.
