   Extract the included archive into your NBA Live 2003 directory, this 
   will update your NBA Live to update 1 and install a new cracked exe.
   
   Note: The normal patcher cannot be used because Deviance replaced the
         exe on their release.

   - Fixes slow frame rate issue under Win98, 98 SE and ME
   - Fixes Sidewinder Gameport Controller issues
   - Fixes "ESC key pressed during Pause Menu" issue
