NASCAR 3 Multi-player CD-Check fix for Origin release.

A guy came to me a day ago saying that he got an error 
message when he tried to play over the internet.  I said I'd
 check it out and look to see if I could crack the CD-Check 
that was giving him the error message.  Lo and behold I did 
it and here is the patch..
