A Knight Templar brings a mysterious manuscript back from the Crusades
and a dreadful plot is hatched. In agreeing to hand on this document to
a friend of his father, Simon de Lancrois thought he was simply fulfilling
the last wish of a dying man. Now he finds himself on the road to
Compostella, pursued by Diego d'Osma, the Inquisitor of Pope Innocent III.
Superstition reigns all around, with both angels and demons poised to
take part in the struggle.
For Simon, a dangerous adventure has begun...

Screenplay by Paulo Coelho, author of The Alchemist and The Pilgrimage.
Design and characters by Moebius, alias Jean Giraud, the artist of Blueberry
and The Incal.
Includes an interactive encyclopaedia of the Middle Ages with over 150 pages
included in the game.


Installation:

Unrar the files to the dir of your choice (i.e.: C:\PILGRIM). If u want to
install the game in another dir, edit the file FL.INI and change the section
CDPATH:	c:\pilgrim\pil1\ (and put the new dir instead). Run PILGRIM.EXE
to start the game.


Ripped:
-------

Due to the size of this game (2 CD's), a lot of stuff had to be removed.
So, all MOVIES, SPEECH and MUSIC went bye bye.
The rest (including all SFX) is here.

I plan to release the SPEECH and the in-game MOVIES later, so watch out
for addons soon.


Note:

I've decided to release this game as IND, because it's available in the shops
since a few months and no 'elite groups' ever bother to release it...but
believe me, it's definitely worth the leech. I've spend a lot of time cracking
it and testing it and i can guarantee u that it works fine. Enjoy...
