 Release Notes:
   Once upon a time, on an island far, far away a brave people known as
   the Settlers began their great adventure. Lead the Settlers on a journey
   which is rich in graphic detail and full of wonderful sound effects.

   Play through a ten-chapter story as the leader of a group of Romans. This
   is told to you on the basis of a ficitious diary narrated throughout your
   quest. Or you can try conquering the world continent by continent. During
   your conquest, you'll enjoy a wide variety of terrain and landscapes, and
   even some winter scenarios!

   When you are feeling creative, try designing your own worlds with the Map
   Editor. Add volcanoes, mountains, forests, swamps and deserts to your new
   map.

   Here is the new edition of Settlers 2 from Blue Byte. It includes
   the orginal Settlers 2 + Missions Disk + Mission Editor.
                                                                           
                                                                              
 Install Notes:                                                               
   UNRAR into any directory, run setup. When your done, edit setup.ini
   and go to the line SOURCE_PATH= and edit it to the directory you have
   Settlers 2 at.  EXAMPLE if you have the game setup in
   C:\BLUEBYTE\SETTLER2\ then edit the source path to say
   SOURCE_PATH=C:\BLUEBYTE\SETTLER2\

   Don't bother running the intro at the menu or it'll drop you back to
   DOS. It was a paki 16M .SMK file anyway.
