Speech addon for Sim City 3000 released by Origin.

I know this is a little bit big, but i decided to release it anyways since lots of people wanted it. If you dont like it, dont download it!

Install Notes                  
                                                                          
Unzip the zip files, then unace the ace files. Go to the directory        
  \SimCity 3000\Game\Res\Sound\Music and overwrite the 28 byte *.xa files    
with the *.xa files from the music addon.
