You have about a minute or so when you start off, the more satisfied your customers are, the more money and bonus seconds you will get when you drop him off at the place he wants to be. Speed doesn't seem to be the only criteria for customer satisfaction. There are different customers who seem to prefer different driving styles. Time is something you never have enough of, so whether they seem to like it or not, you got to speed up like there's no tomorrow. It's in your best interest to drop your customers off in a way they are most satisfied with, if you manage to get your quota barely in time, which will propel you to the next stage, you may have a measly 35 seconds to find your customer, pick him or her up and drop them off at the desired location. Unless you're extremely lucky you can regard that to be a mission impossible. When you set out to drop off your passenger, all you have to do is follow the green arrow which points in the direction of the drop-zone, which is marked in green as well. A great help in dropping off your customer is the distance to the drop zone and a small picture of the surroundings of the drop zone. This eliminates a lot of guessing and taking the wrong roads. When you need to pick up your passenger, you need to follow the red arrow floating brightly above your cab. Picking up a customer is harder than dropping one off as they are not being marked by big red pick up zones nor is the distance to your potential customer indicated or their surroundings. Quite often this is not much of a problem, but it is a problem when there are several people standing in the near vicinity of each other and you waste your time waiting for the wrong guy. And time is something you do not have plenty of....
