  Unzip , unrar files into your /SOUNDDATA directory (overwrite all files, 
  you might need to remove the read-only attribute on those first with
  "attrib *.* -r /s" at a DOS prompt in the /SOUNDDATA dir).
  Then run /SOUNDDATA/unpack.bat (not the unpack.bat from the main release)

  Note: The unpack.bat from the main release will give you some unpacking
        errors, just ignore them - it's ok.
