 Г   Tired of sloppily-packaged CLASS releases that are rushed out the door   Г
 Г   as fast as one can ARJ up a CD? If you are looking for releases that     Г
 Г   are packaged in a PROFESSIONAL manner, stick with RAZOR 1911. CLASS      Г
 Г   released this game about 5 minutes ahead of when we has finished it,     Г
 Г   yet there are issues here that simply cannot be ignored. Here are my     Г
 Г   complaints with CLASS's packaging, and why you should choose RAZOR's     Г
 Г   release of this game over CLASS's:                                       Г
 Г                                                                            Г
 Г   1. The packager simply ARJ'ed up the CD directly, including all the CD   Г
 Г      files, and 0-byteing the ones that weren't needed. What does this     Г
 Г      mean to you, the end-user? It means you have to run the CD Setup      Г
 Г      program unneccesarily (a 500k .EXE that you simply don't need if      Г
 Г      the game was packaged properly), and you'll need double the space     Г
 Г      of the RAZOR release to install it. All CLASS had to do was install   Г
 Г      the game, RAR it up, and write a quick SETUP program that sets up     Г
 Г      any necessary registry settings. RAZOR did it: why didn't CLASS?      Г
 Г      Either laziness or incompetence...after numerous releases following   Г
 Г      the same pattern, I'm starting to believe it is incompetence.         Г
 Г                                                                            Г
 Г   2. CLASS chose the "Normal" Audio quality install. RAZOR chose the       Г
 Г      "High" Audio Quality install. Yet the total disk count of the         Г
 Г      release remains almost the same (about 1 disk difference to get       Г
 Г      7M more audio). All it takes is a little extra time and care to RAR   Г
 Г      the program up with maximum compression, which results in a higher    Г
 Г      quality game experience with an acceptable number of disks in the     Г
 Г      release. Am I missing something, or shouldn't this be STANDARD        Г
 Г      practice for any major releasing group?                               Г

 Г   We have chosen to release this game simply to compensate for the         Г
 Г   laziness of CLASS, and to make a statement about how the quality of      Г
 Г   CD-RIP'ing and packaging has gone steadily downhill since the global     Г
 Г   acceptance of the CD-ROM as a media standard. Just because the games     Г
 Г   are bigger now, this does not give one license to bloat releases, or     Г
 Г   not take the time to properly package them. In fact, CD-RIP'ing          Г
 Г   requires a lot of attention to detail to ensure that the end-user        Г
 Г   receives the maximum game for his download dollar.                       Г

 Г   Note: The actual CD-check crack's of this game are virtually             Г
 Г         identical (Wolverine knows what he's doing). This is not the       Г
 Г         issue. The packaging and CD-RIP'ing quality is.                    Г
