The Story:

You have been sentenced for crimes against the empire. The choice was simple: Become a
frontline warrior in the quest to conquer new planets for the empire or join a penal colony.
Some choice. So now; when going gets tough, guess who gets expendable. The mothership is
rapidly approaching the target planet. It is now entering the outer atmosphere so it is time
to launch the wingstar to prepare the invasion. The strategy is simple: Get as many of them
as you can before they get you. Don't worry - you won't be missed. So off you go
then....Experience that classic arcade, feel as you penetrate ever deeper into the alien
world. Watch your wingstar turn into a formidable fighting machine as you constantly upgrade
to exciting new weapons.

Install:

Unzip the zips, then unrar the rars in the dir of your choice (i.e: C:\WINGSTAR).
Run SETUP.EXE to configure your soundcard; WINGSTAR.EXE to start the game.

Where Parameters is:
f = fastmode, 2 = 35Hz, 1 = 70Hz, r = raster on, t = frametime info
m = memory use, s = sound off, h = halted (stepmode), d = demorecordAC
g = no shadows, p = no projections, k = bios keyboard, v = timerstats
l = no launchseq, u = unhittable, x = show demo
