Wizardry GOLD takes the award-winning Crusaders of the ³ ³ Dark Savant and puts it into a format that'll run under Windows, Win'95 ³ ³ and even Windows NT. ³ ³ ³ ³ To get the game to a releasable size, we were forced to cut out about ³ ³ 400mb of .wav's and about 120mb of .avi files. The game still runs ³ ³ great though. We have included both 8-bit and 16-bit sound for your ³ ³ gaming enjoyment. To play the game, just unpack it into your root ³ ³ directory, it will then go into the directory \wizardry. Once it is ³ ³ unpacked, simply edit the file called CDDATA.INI so that the 2nd line ³ ³ reads DRIVENAME=X, where X is the drive letter and path of the game. ³ ³ We didn't find any protection on this one, but if a sneaky CD check ³ ³ comes up later let us know and we'll crack it right promptly.
