NEW RULES ON TOP SITES

The Following sites have agreed to the following new rules:
LUNATIC ASYLUM, ETERNITY, VDR LAKE, MPOWER, MILESTONE.  Hopefully more
sites will follow our lead!
* No games bigger than 120M (unless approved)
* No utils bigger than 100M (unless approved)
* No Auto refresh scripts, Detection Means BAN!
* No addons over 60M (unless approved).
* Filename must be 8+3 characters or less.
(Example: 12345678.123)
