Release Notes:

Nashville’s teenaged breakout band be your own PET are gearing up for the release
of their self-titled debut album by XL Recordings on March 27th in the UK.
Wetting the lips, or in this case ears (gross), of rabid NME editors and fans
alike, the band will release the album’s first single "Let’s Get Sandy (Big
Problem)" on January 23rd. The group started gaining attention after the release
of their first single "Damn Damn Leash" garnered huge buzz leading to
performances at South By Southwest and CMJ Music Marathon. Having already
released an EP, Extra Extra, on Rough Trade records the band seems primed to hit
the ground strumming when they tour the UK January and February.
