I think they might just have produced the best electronica album of the year.
Remember last year reading all the hype around LCD Soundsystem and his debut,
and how kick ass it was and how much fun you had dancing your little indie
asses off to Daft Punk Is Playing In My House? I'm getting the same exact
vibe from this new release...and if there is some attainable, palpable
formula behind the "hype machine," Hot Chip just may be one of the biggest
bands of the year. Literally each one of the songs I've heard so far has been
an undeniable gem.

For one reason or another, listening to this album really does remind me of a
similar energy and emotion behind acts like Bloc Party and The Go! Team and
even The Postal Service...so if you like those three, maybe you'll appreciate
The Warning, which is rumored to hit stores in May.
