Indie rock act Nada Surf will release its next album, "The Weight Is a Gift,"
Sept. 20 via Barsuk. The set was produced by Death Cab For Cutie's Chris
Walla and features such tracks as "All Is a Game," "Imaginary Friends," "Your
Legs Grow," "Comes a Time," "Do It Again" and "What Is Your Truth?"

"The Weight Is a Gift" is the follow-up to 2003's "Let Go," which debuted at
No. 31 on Billboard's Top Independent Albums tally and has sold 48,000 copies
in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
