Hailing from Chicago, Rashawnna Guy, who performs under the name Shawnna, is the
first female artist signed to Ludacris' Disturbing Tha Peace Records. A former
member of the hiphop duo Infamous Syndicate, Shawnna, daughter of legendary
Blues guitarist, Buddy Guy, is known for her rapid fire delivery.

Her debut album Worth Tha Weight was well-received by critics, and spawned the
hit single "Shake That Shit." Shawnna's new album, Block Music, is scheduled for
release June 2006 and is propelled by the anthem "Gettin' Some."

This new album Block Music features the production by Justice League, Xcel, Vudu
and Pure Uncut Raw and guest appearances from her Disturbing Tha Peace Family
including; Ludacris, Bobby Valentino, Smoke of Field Mob, and I-20.
