The three band members produced the album themselves in Electrical Studio in Chicago. Strings are used throughout the entire album, enough for Sleeping At Last to consider them part of the band. They spent several months recording the tracks, then spent a little over two weeks in Boston with John Goodmanson (Death Cab for Cutie, Blond Readhead) mixing the album. The band kept a studio journal faithfully through the entire recording process, accessible on their site. Keep No Score will be released independently, since the band is no longer with Interscope Records. This album follows Ghost which was produced by Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins), released in 2003. They express an anxiousness to gig again, and plan on performing some shows with strings as they have in the past. They’ve shared the stages with bands such as Yellowcard, Switchfoot, and Something Corporate. Expect Keep No Score to be their best work as of yet.
